THE ULTIMATE GPO DEPOSITORY TOOL
Folland Software's DECK Shelf List Disk gives you bibliographic
control of items which have been distributed through the depository program,
but have not appeared in the Government Printing Office (GPO) Monthly Catalog.
With records in electronic format, you can do keyword searches on the title,
as well as searches on SuDoc classification numbers and item numbers. You
will find the following fields on DECK: item number, SuDoc classification
number, title, and shipping list number.
Available in both MARC and dBase formats, the DECK Shelf List
Disk can be matched to your library's item selection profile. The dBase
disk can be used with dBase or any dBase-compatible database management
software as well as DECKLIST - an intuitive, easy-to-use program
designed to manipulate the bibliographic data on the Shelf List Disk.
