How DECK Works

We take every shipping list from the Government Printing Office (GPO) and transfer information to our Depository Express Check-in Kit (DECK) Shelf List Disk. This disk can be matched to your library's depository selection profile, so you receive records for only the items you select.

Folland Software's Shelf List Disk allows you to maintain your depository shelflist in electronic format. This means you can reduce processing time and maintenance expenses, while increasing bibliographic control for government documents. With records in electronic format, you can do keyword searches on the title, as well as searches on the SuDoc classification number and item number.

Each Shelf List Disk is packaged with a printed list corresponding to the shipping lists contained on the disk. To receive records faster, and at a discount, Shelf List Disk subscribers can download their data from our website.
